Your Three Lakes Water Association Board of Trustees meets regularly to conduct Association business, review operations, and make decisions that affect every member of our community. These meetings are an important part of how your Association stays accountable and responsive to the needs of its members. We welcome member participation and encourage you to stay informed, ask questions, and get involved.
The Board of Trustees holds regular meetings on the second Tuesday of each month. These meetings are an opportunity for your elected Trustees to review Association operations, discuss ongoing projects, and take action on matters that impact our water system and membership.
Have a question, concern, or idea you'd like the Board to consider? You can reach the President of the Board of Trustees directly at president@3lwa.org. We value member input and encourage open communication between the Board and the community it serves.
Serving on the Board of Trustees is one of the most meaningful ways you can contribute to Three Lakes Water Association. Trustees help shape the long-term direction of the Association, oversee the responsible use of member funds, and ensure your water system continues to operate safely and reliably.
Board meeting minutes are the official written record of your Association's governance — documenting the decisions, votes, and actions taken by your elected Board of Directors on your behalf. As a member-owner of Three Lakes Water Association, you have a right to know how your Association is being managed, how your fees are being spent, and what policies and priorities are guiding operations. Minutes provide that transparency, creating a permanent, accurate account of every major decision — from rate changes and capital projects to policy adoptions and vendor contracts. Under Washington State law (RCW 24.03A), TLWA is required to maintain these records and make them available to members upon request. We are committed to upholding that standard, because an informed membership is the foundation of a well-governed water system.
